Developing Country Membership

ISEE offers reduced rate membership to residents of developing countries. As of January 2011, countries classified as developing countries for this purpose are those whose economies are listed by the World Bank as "Low income," "Lower Middle Income," or "Upper Middle Income" in the World Development Report 2011

This criterion is reviewed each year and based on the most recent available World Development Report. For 2011, residents of countries EXCEPT the following are eligible to enroll as developing country members. Members must be residing in the developing country to qualify for the reduced rate. (ISEE will also gladly accept memberships at the basic and full rates from residents of these countries who have sufficient resources.)
