Carbon Neutral Conferencing

The members of ISEE have expressed enthusiasm for taking responsibility for the overall environmental footprint of our conferences by adopting measures to offset the impact of our travel and conference related activities by contributing to sustainable energy projects.  The impacts of global climate change are now a common topic of scientific discourse at ISEE conferences, which provide a superb platform for hundreds of scientists to discuss health and other impacts of climate change.  For then next ISEE conference we have provided links to a few simple websites that allow travelers to calculate the CO2 emissions associated with their air travel and then purchase credits that offset these emissions. We encourage you to join other ISEE members in becoming part of the solution.
