Membership Cycles
ISEE has two annual 12-month membership cycles to coordinate membership with subscriptions to the Society's official journal, Epidemiology. The membership cycles are January to December and July to June. If you join or renew your membership between November 1 and May 30 your membership period is January to December. If you join or renew your membership between June 1 and October 31 your membership period is July to the following June. Memberships may be backdated to the previous period upon request.
Four ways to join ISEE or renew your membership:

2. Download a PDF version of the membership application and fax (with credit card payment only) or mail it. Payment by check, credit card, or money order must be included with the membership form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF files,download it for free at the Adobe Web site.
